How much is the Good Life Scholarship?

  • An annual full-tuition scholarship over four years.

What are the Scholarship requirements?

  • Full acceptance into Bethany College as a high school graduate from McPherson or Saline county.
  • You must live on campus.

If I leave Bethany College will I have to "pay back" the scholarship?

  • No

Is a transfer from another college who graduated from a McPherson or Saline county high school eligible?

  • No...You must enter as a First Time Freshman.

If I come in with the scholarship, leave, but return to Bethany College, will I be re-eligible on my return?

  • No...However you will be eligible for the following Academic and Artistic Scholarships.

Academic Scholarships

Incoming Freshman:

Range - $7,500 to $16,000

Economic need is not a consideration.

Based on ACT or SAT equivalent and comprehensive GPA.

Transfer Students:

Range - $10,000 to $15,000

Economic need is not a consideration.

Based on cumulative GPA.

Artistic Scholarships

Range - $3,000 to $5,000

Based on a portfolio review of at least 10 digital images, videos, or audio files.

Economic need is weighed as a part of the evaluation criteria.

Good Life Scholarship students are not eligible.

Acceptance Standards

Incoming Freshman:

Must take the ACT or SAT Exam if 24 or younger.

ACT or SAT (6034) equivalent of 18 is desired.  ACT Code 1388

Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Transfer Students:

Comprehensive GPA of 2.0

Transfer students do not have to take the ACT or SAT exam.
